What's your favorite vegetable?

Hmm. Not a question I expected to run into today (or ever) but here goes.

I feel like saying potatoes is too easy. This question is also oddly hard since, like any good girl or boy, I enjoy eating my vegetables. Spinach, asparagus, bok choy, mushrooms, bean sprouts, avocados, squash, all a-ok in my book (though, I’m not a terribly picky eater).

After making that simple question entirely too complex and wordy, I’m going to have to say that my favorite vegetable is corn.
